Alicia Revé Like is an actor, singer/songwriter, unicorn based in St. Louis holding a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Missouri, in Columbia. Immeadiately following graduation, she surprisingly found herself working in professional theatre after booking a production from a last minute audition. She then made the move to St. Louis, where she became an Acting Intern for the illustrious Black Repertory Theatre. The internship furthered her growth as an artist and solified her push for the stage. Her regional theatre credits: Purlie (The Black Rep in St. Louis), To Kill a Mockingbird (Repertory Theatre of St. Louis), The Wiz (the Coterie in Kansas City) Assitant Director of Four Little Girls (COCA: Center of Creative Arts), as well as premieres of An Invitation Out (Mustard Seed Theatre) and The Gringo (Fly North Theatricals).
Although Alicia had solified being a working actor, the original dream of singing on stage with a band of friends was an occasional ocurrence. With the pandemic of 2020 and slow down of all theatre companies across the country, she was given a great opprotunity to seize the moment by way of online streaming concerts.
Lastly, Alicia is also a high-energy teaching artist with St. Louis' COCA-Center of Creative Arts where she teaches for the theatre and voice department, and her speciality, early childhood. Her philosophy is simple: empower children and youth to express themselves, be creative and be the stars they are truly meant to be.
